Howard and McMillan is conveniently located in the Main Street Market building in downtown Middletown, less than a block from the Courthouse. Parking is free for two hours in the municipal lot located at the back entrance of our building.

From the West via Rt. 84:
Take Rt. 84 East to Rt. 691 East. Follow Rt. 691 through Meriden into Middletown. Rt. 691 will become Rt. 66. You will stay on Rt. 66 all the way (about 4 or 5 miles) into downtown Middletown. In Middletown Rt. 66 is also known as Washington Street. Pass through the intersection of Main Street and Washington Street in downtown Middletown (Douglas Waterbed Store on corner) and then take the first right into the parking lot behind our building. (There is a sign saying to turn there for the DMV also.) Park in lot (2 hrs. free parking). Walk into door saying "Main Street Market" and bear left to elevator. Take elevator to 3rd floor.

From the West via Route 9:
Take Route 9 south into Middletown. Get off at exit #15 - also says to Rt. 66 and Wesleyan University. You will immediately drive across DeKoven Drive and want to get in the left lane to go left into the municipal parking lot (last left before you come to Main Street ). Park in lot (2 hrs. free parking). Walk into the door saying “Main Street Market” and bear left to the elevator. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor.

From the North via 91 S and/or Rt. 9:
Take 91 South to Rt. 9 South. Continue on Rt. 9 to Exit #15 - also says to Rt. 66 and Wesleyan University . You will immediately drive across DeKoven Drive and want to get in the left lane to go left into the municipal parking lot (last left before you come to Main Street ). Park in lot (2 hrs. free parking). Walk into the door saying “Main Street Market” and bear left to the elevator. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor.

From the South via Rt. 9:
Route 9 North to Exit #15 (exit is on left on highway). You will immediately drive across DeKoven Drive and should get in the left lane to go left into the municipal parking lot (last left before you come to Main Street ). Park in lot (2 hrs. free parking). Walk into the door saying “Main Street Market” and bear left to the elevator. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor.
